  • Competed globally on Highland Bagpipes at Grade 1 level (Premier Grade) 1991 – 2005.

  • Achieved Grade 8 Performance Certificate in Scottish Traditional Music through the London College of Music.

  • Tutor on ‘The Across the Border’ Ulster-Scots and Irish Music Youth Project for Dungannon Borough Council.

  • Tutor for workshops on behalf of Banbridge Borough Council/Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council.

  • Tutor for the Ulster-Scots Folk Orchestra Youth Programme.

  • Tutor for Glengormley School of Traditional Irish Music.

  • Bagpipe Assessor for the Ulster-Scots Agency/Royal

      Scottish Pipe Band Northern Ireland Branch Foundation​

  • Currently involved in The Pipes of Peace Project      

      (Uilleann and Scottish Smallpipes) www.thepipesofpeaceproject.com            

  • Provided Workshops for the Ulster-Scots Agency.

  • Folk Groups Performed with – The Ulster-Scots Folk    Orchestra, Nae Goats Toe, Crooked Jack and Pipe Strings.

  • Provided music for the soundtrack for the film `1798 Rebellion / United Irishmen` produced by York Island Arts & Heritage Association.

  • Creator of the Stage Show, ‘Music and Songs of the​

  • Performed at Tattoos in Moscow, Berlin, Bremen and Dresden.
